Our hardfacing welding wire workshop covers every step from strip and alloy powders to finished flux-cored wire. With 4 dedicated FCW production lines and an annual capacity of 8,000 tons, we deliver consistent, high-performance hardfacing welding wires for open-arc applications around the world.
About the Workshop
- Integrated In-house Production: from steel strip and alloy powder blending to forming, drawing and spooling, every stage of our flux-cored hardfacing wire is produced in-house under one roof.
- Focus on Anti-Wear Solutions: focus on technical innovation & development of anti-wear solutions. Specialized in hardfacing welding wires and chromium carbide overlay (CCO) wear plates only.
- Experienced Team: our workshop team has years of hardfacing alloy experience, ensuring stable arc performance, uniform alloy distribution and consistent weld quality.
Production Equipment
- 4 FCW Production Lines: four flux-cored wire production lines with a total annual capacity of 8,000 tons of hardfacing welding wire.
- Forming & Filling System: precision strip forming and powder filling systems keep the alloy fill ratio stable and the weld metal chemistry consistent.
- Drawing & Spooling Lines: multi-pass wire drawing and automatic spooling equipment maintain tight diameter tolerance and smooth payoff for open-arc welding.
Process Control
- 1. Raw Material Inspection: every batch of strip, alloy powder and flux is inspected before entering production.
- 2. Mixing & Baking: alloy powders are precisely weighed, mixed and baked to control moisture and ensure uniform fill.
- 3. Strip Forming & Filling: the steel strip is formed into a tube and filled with the alloy core at a controlled fill ratio.
- 4. Drawing & Reduction: multi-pass drawing reduces the wire to the required diameter with consistent roundness.
- 5. Spooling & Packing: final wire is layer-wound, checked and packed to prevent damage during transport.

- 8,000 Tons / Year: four production lines give us stable supply capacity for bulk and repeat orders.
