Our CCO wear plate and wear parts workshop is equipped with a complete production line, from coil leveling and cutting to forming, surface treatment and final fabrication. Every step is controlled to deliver consistent, high-quality chromium carbide overlay wear plates for customers around the world.

Leveling & Coil Preparation
- 9-Roller Leveling Machine: base plates are leveled on our leveling machine with 9 rollers to ensure flatness before overlay welding.
- Base Material Control: quality base plates are selected and inspected to guarantee a solid foundation for the hard overlay.
- Stock Availability: CCO wear plates in stock are ready for quick delivery to meet urgent project schedules.
Cutting & Forming
- Laser Cutting Machine: precise laser cutting produces accurate shapes and clean edges for wear plates of any size.
- Rolling Machine: our rolling machine forms curved and cylindrical liners for chutes, elbows and pipe applications.
- Flexible Sizes: plates can be cut, bent and drilled with countersunk holes for simple bolted installation on site.
Surface Preparation
- Shot Blasting Machine: the shot blasting machine cleans the plate surface, removing rust and scale before overlay welding.
- Better Bonding: a clean, roughened surface improves the metallurgical bond between the base plate and the hardfacing overlay.
- Consistent Quality: standard surface preparation guarantees uniform overlay welding results across every batch.
Workshop & Fabrication
- CCO Wear Plate Workshop: dedicated overlay welding lines produce CCO wear plates with an overlay hardness of 60-65 HRC and superior wear resistance.
- Wear Parts Fabrication: our wear parts fabrication workshop converts standard wear plates into finished components such as chute liners, hopper liners and fan blades.
- Ready for Export: CCO wear plates for overseas clients are packed and prepared with full care in our workshop, ensuring safe delivery worldwide.
