More Details

Product Description

HH-80Pro is a high performance hardfacing flux-cored welding wire (FCW) specially recommended for welding CCO wear plates. The deposited metal contains primary carbides with finely dispersed niobium carbide particles, providing excellent abrasive wear resistance, good impact resistance and excellent anti-spalling performance in severe working conditions.

Key Properties

Anti Abrasion

Anti Impact

Heat Resistant

Anti Corrosion

Product Features

Feature Description
Wear Resistance Deposited metal contains primary carbides, providing excellent abrasive wear resistance.
Abrasion Resistance Finely dispersed niobium carbide particles give outstanding resistance to abrasive wear.
Impact Resistance Weld metal has good impact resistance.
Anti-Spalling Good anti-spalling (anti-flaking) performance.
Microstructure High chromium high carbon hard alloy with niobium on iron base: C - Cr - Nb - Fe.
Machinability Grinding only. Not suitable for flame cutting.
Weld Bead Appearance The weld metal will show cracks, which are normal stress-relief cracks of hardfacing deposits.
Max Deposit Thickness 8 - 16 mm by multi-layer surfacing.
