More Details

Product Description

HH-806S is a high performance hardfacing flux-cored welding wire (FCW) specially designed for buttering or buffer layer surfacing of parts under high impact and compressive stress, such as mill rollers, mill tables, press rollers and crusher rotors. The deposited metal is a tough, crack-free austenitic manganese steel structure (non-magnetic) which work-hardens on impact, providing excellent impact resistance. It shows good compatibility with all weldable steels and serves as an ideal buffer layer before applying wear-resistant capping layers.

Key Properties

Anti Abrasion

Anti Impact

Heat Resistant

Anti Corrosion
