Product Description

HH-808 is a high performance hardfacing flux-cored welding wire (FCW) specially designed for cone crushers, pick hammers, dredger teeth, crusher rolls, guide rails and other parts subjected to combined impact and abrasive wear. The deposited metal provides a wear-resistant and impact-resistant hardfacing layer, delivering long service life in severe working conditions.

Feature Description
Wear Resistance Produces a wear-resistant and impact-resistant hardfacing layer.
Microstructure High chromium high carbon composite carbide alloy: C - Cr - Mo - V - Nb - Ni - Fe.
Machinability Not machinable, grinding only.
Cutting Not suitable for flame cutting.
Weld Bead Appearance The weld metal will show cracks, which are typical stress-relief cracks of hardfacing deposits.
Deposit Thickness Multi-layer surfacing is possible.
Working Temperature Application temperature should not exceed 450°C.
