Product Description

HH-CM602 is a high performance hardfacing flux-cored welding wire (FCW) specially designed for coal mill rollers and other parts subjected to high abrasive wear combined with medium impact stress. The deposited metal consists of wear-resistant primary carbides, which makes the weld metal extremely resistant to abrasive wear and delivers long service life in severe working conditions.

Feature Description
Wear Resistance Deposited metal consists of wear-resistant primary carbides, extremely resistant to abrasive wear.
Impact Resistance Good impact resistance, suitable for medium impact stress conditions.
Anti-stripping Good anti-strip performance.
Microstructure High chromium high carbon hard alloy on iron base with molybdenum addition: C - Cr - Mo - Fe.
Machinability Grinding only.
Cutting Not suited for flame-cutting.
Weld Bead Appearance The weld metal will show cracks, which are typical stress-relief cracks of hardfacing deposits.
Surfacing Method Multi-layer surfacing.
Working Temperature Application temperature should not exceed 500°C.
