Product Description

HH-700B is a high chromium carbide hardfacing flux-cored welding wire (FCW), specially developed for the production of CCO wear plates (chromium carbide overlay wear plates) and wear-resistant pipes. The deposited metal contains primary chromium carbides, which provides excellent resistance to abrasive wear and delivers long service life in severe wear conditions.

Microstructure High chromium high carbon hard alloy on iron base: C - Cr - Fe.
Machinability Grinding only.
Cutting Not suitable for flame cutting.
Max Deposit Thickness Up to 30 mm by multi-layer surfacing.
Working Temperature Should not exceed 450°C.
Welding Performance Low spatter, smooth and neat weld bead, high welding efficiency and high deposit metal recovery rate.
